TRIBUNAL DE JUSTICIA PROPIA
(Art. 206 C.P.C)
Es el órgano de justicia propia que ejerce justicia y determina los castigos como jurisdicción especial de justicia indígena "Justicia Propia", esta integrada por cuatro jueces sabedores elegidos por la asamblea general y el gobernador del cabildo quien presidirá las secciones del tribunal.
